About Me
Born and raised in San Francisco, Jane moved to Aameda in 1967 where she raised her family and now has the pleasure of having her two granddaughters near by. Her 30+ years of real estate experience has been spent consulting first time buyers, move up buyers, income property investors, and empty nesters. Throughout Jane’s career she has continued her real estate education to better serve her clients needs and has been a continuing source of knowledge and resources for her clients. Many of her resources have been acquired through her own personal experience with renovation and income property investment. Jane is always available after the close of escrow for any questions or concerns her clients might have. As a real estate consultant, she consults with her client to determine their needs, negotiates for her client to obtain the best price and terms, and manages all the transactional details of the purchase or sale to insure a smooth and successful transaction. As a result, 95% of Jane’s business is repeat or client referral. Jane’s free time is spent being a grandmother to her two young granddaughters, doing yoga, and gardening.
